We Handle Most Major Maintenance Services Along with Other Minor Truck Repairs, Including:

Fleet Monitoring:

Fleet monitoring management plays an enormous role in the trucking industry, helping to eliminate risk factors, increase overall productivity, and most importantly, keeping your trucks on the road. We schedule and monitor regular preventative maintenance for your entire fleet, so no longer do you have to spend time and money tracking routine maintenance. We keep track of everything so you don't have to!

Dry and Wet Preventative Maintenance:

We offer customized preventative maintenance programs depending on your needs. A dry p.M. Service includes greasing of the chassis and components, fluid checks, tire pressure check, lug torque on all wheels, inspection of all hoses and belts, and can include fuel filter replacement. Our wet PM Services include all inspections as well as oil fluid change and filter replacement.

Light Repairs and Replacement:

Even with minor problems like lighting or wiring issues, Hill International Trucks takes it seriously, and our team will make sure your truck continues to light up the road. Our team conducts light diagnostics and testing, including truck and trailer wiring reports and light replacement.

Brakes:

In the trucking industry, the braking system is arguably one of the most critical components when it comes to keeping you safe and secure. Our certified mechanics can identify signs and symptoms of wear and tear that will help you save money by maintaining your brake system as long as possible. Our services include brake system inspections, brake adjustments on all axles, and replacement of brake drums, pads, rotors, and shoes.

Exhaust Repair:

A truck's exhaust system serves a life of continuous wear and tear, and many times, your system will need to be repaired or replaced. Repairing your exhaust system starts with identifying the problem, and our professional mobile maintenance team can do just that. From replacement of exhaust parts, brackets, and leak diagnostics, our exhaust system services will help prolong your truck's life.

Engine Diagnostics and Repair:

We all despise seeing that "check engine" light come on. When that happens, it's time to visit your mechanic. Even if you do not see this light, however, it's a good idea to have your truck's engine checked regularly. Our team can read and diagnose codes on International, Cummins, and Cat engines; however, internal engine repair is not done on the road and will need to be taken to the repair shop.

Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair:

Your truck's electrical system functions as the brain, allowing all systems to work properly. When something is wrong, it needs to be fixed right away to ensure you stay on the road. Our troubleshooting services test all electrical system failures on all OEMs, including sensor testing, wire, charging system, and gauge testing and replacement.

Battery and Charging Systems:

The purpose of the charging system is to maintain the charge in the vehicle's battery and to provide the main source of electricity while the engine is running. Our team is trained in testing the charging station and charging and starting diagnostics, battery and cable testing and cleaning, testing of over-charging, short-to-ground, and readings from the alternator and batteries, including start system diagnostics and repair.

Air System Services:

Technicians are trained to diagnose and repair all air system failures from air leak diagnostics and repair, air dryer diagnostics and repair. Air compressor diagnostics and repair.

U-Joints, Shocks and Driveline:

Often the most forgotten, yet complex, systems in a vehicle are the driveline and differential. Without these systems, your truck would be undrivable. The Hill International Trucks Mobile Maintenance team specializes in U-joint replacement, including driveshaft, prop shaft and PTO starts, replacement of broken or leaking shocks, driveline vibration, pinion seals, differential seals, and damage repairs.

Fruitland, NVE, and PTO Repairs:

Our technicians are trained to diagnose and repair Fruitland and NVE vacuums and blower pumps. Technicians are well trained in all PTO diagnostics and repairs, including gearbox diagnostics.

Valve Repair and Replacement:

As durable as most valves are, they won't last forever. Our valve repair and replacement services include water tank valves, butterfly valves, drain valves, pressure valves, scrubber valves, and pneumatic control repair.
